Danny Postel and Nader Hashemi demolish Max Boot, the "respectable face of neo-conservatism" here. They show quite clearly that with regard to Iran, Boot and those who share his line are enemies of freedom and democracy in any meaningful sense, and fellow travellers with a particularly vicious Stalinist cult.
